| CAUSE: | The specified node of the specified type cannot be placed on a dedicated fast pin because it has a fast input register or fast output register with registered feedback packed with it. |
| ACTION: | Remove the assignment from the specified node to allow the Fitter more flexibility in placing pins in the design. If it is a fast output register, modify the design so that it does not also have external feedback. |
