| CAUSE: | You performed a timing analysis on a design that uses complex timing assignments. As a result, the Timing Analyzer is reporting the specified negative minimum slack value for the specified clock between the specified source pin or register and the specified destination asynchronous memory. A negative minimum slack time indicates a hold violation. |
| ACTION: | No action is required. You can view the results of timing analysis in the Compilation Report. You can click the + icon to expand this message in the Messages window and display the intermediate time increments used to calculate the slack value. To correct the hold violation, use internally registered enable lines when possible, or add delays between the source and memory by adding hard LCELL primitives between the source and memory. |
