Register <name> has more than one fan-out-- LVDS timing requirements may not be met

CAUSE: The specified register used by LVDS has more than 1 fan-out, but should have only one fan-out in order to meet its timing requirements.
ACTION: To make sure that the timing requirements are met for LVDS, remove the extra fan-outs from the register.
