Can't satisfy both Fast Output Register and Fast Input Register assignments on bidir pin <name>. Only one assignment can be satisfied.

CAUSE: You used the Assignment Organizer to turn on the Fast Output Register and the Fast Input Register options for the specified bidir pin. Only one assignment can be satisfied because bidir pins for the current device can hold only one I/O register. Fast Output Register is given precedence.
ACTION: Turn off the Fast Output Register or Fast Input Register option for the bidir pin.
