Can't pack register <name> to fast I/O pin <name> as an output register because it feeds back to the core

CAUSE: You used the Assignment Organizer to turn on the Fast Output Register option for the specified register, and the Fitter attempted to pack the register to the specified I/O pin. However, the register feeds back into the core and drives the specified fast I/O pin.
ACTION: Turn off the Fast Output Register option for the register.
