Can't pack non-peripheral register <name> to I/O pin <name> -- pin does not drive data input port of register

CAUSE: You used the Assignment Organizer to turn on the Fast Input Register option for the specified I/O pin. However, the I/O pin does not drive the data input port of a register and the Compiler cannot pack the I/O pin to the specified register.
ACTION: Turn off the Fast Input Register option for the I/O pin.
