Can't pack non-peripheral register <name> to output pin <name> -- register does not drive pin directly

CAUSE: You used the Assignment Organizer to turn on the Fast Output Register option for the specified register. However, the register does not drive the the data input port of the specified output pin.
ACTION: Turn off the Fast Output Register option for the specified register.
