| CAUSE: | You specified a target device from the Excalibur device family for the current design. However, the System Build Descriptor File (.sbd) does not exist in the project. The Quartus II software will generate programming files that contain no register settings or user data, but will not generate Simulator initialization files. |
| ACTION: | No action is required. To avoid receiving this message in the future, provide an existing SBD File. Altera recommends using the Excalibur MegaWizard Plug-In, which is available from the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager, to modify the SBD File, rather than editing the SBD File manually. |
